As you are informed at each step of the portrait of the progress, and you agree to accept the portrait prior to shipping from a photograph, refunds will not be given. 

In the event of my being unable to accept your commission because of insufficient or inadequate source photos the deposit will be refunded. 

The portraits are sent insured, so any damage caused by delivery is refundable. 

If you decide to pay for the portrait with one cheque in advance of seeing the finished item (to save bank transfer charges) the 75% final payment is refundable (less bank charges) should you decide not to accept the portrait from the photograph. 

The price quoted here  DOES NOT INCLUDE Delivery costs which will be added to the bill.
